# 001 Sauvignon Blanc (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $20.00)
A very clean and clear exterior compliments the sweet fresh nectarine bouquet. Smooth melon and peach flavours permeate the front pallet while a juicy fruit texture awaits the finish. The crisp juicy sauvignon grape, nurtured in the Glenlyon cool climate, has developed a winning character and personality placing it among the best in its class. Immense enjoyment with white meats or dessert or even perfect on its own. Serve Icy.

# 002 Chardonnay (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $20.00)
This delightful chardonnay is lightly sweet on the nose but followed by a deep citrus character. True to most quality cool climate chardonnays, at first the palate is quite soft but a moment later explodes in a kaleidoscope of rich fruity colour. Perfect with cheeses or white meats, serve chilled this wine encourages love, laughter and good times.

# 003 Shiraz (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $25.00)
(2000, 2001 sold out, 2002, 2003)
The strong cherry bouquet is magnetic; championed by a rich and dark plum palate caste from a perfect balance of oak and tannins. Excellent accompaniment for anything and everything.

# 004 Cabernet Sauvignon (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $22.00)
With a deep liquorice bouquet, this is a wine to take seriously. Rich dark red and purple plum flavours envelope the tongue then burst into a heady passionate palate before fading into a satisfying and smooth finish. You will be impressed with the toffee and chocolate typical of high quality merlot steeped in oak barrels and emersed in the dedication of a viticulturists’ love.

# 005 Pinot Noir (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $20.00)
Rich plum and medium tannins characterise this light style wine. A light fertile bouquet greets the nose followed by a clean palate with an excellent texture and finish. Serve at room temperature to take advantage of the well developed character and personality.

# 006 E-Chardonnay (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $20.00)
Crisp, clean summery bouquet; light front of tongue, well grounded and textured palate with a very pleasurable and fruity finish. This light poignant chardonnay is drinkable at any time but will particularly meet the demands of a special moment. Very drinkable now but will consume extremely well within the next few years.

# 007 Vino (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $20.00)
This well-heeled and rich dark fruit wine is driven by traditional styles and method. Just like Gino did it in the ol’ days, you will know it when you drink this wine!   The palate is immediately hit by the deep complexity of fruit while the tangy and zesty textures finish the mouth. You will love it with pasta, cheese and bread!

# 008 Fortified Shiraz (Website $18.00 Cellar Door $23.00)
An elevated sweet cherry bouquet leads this fortified wine to deliver a richly textured and gorgeously finished palate. A long taste pleases the mouth and a strong finish gratifies the senses. You will love this wine.
